Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of farm.zukroventures.in, operated by Zukro Ventures ("Zukro Farm Fresh", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Site and place orders.

2. Products, pricing & availability

• We sell farm-fresh dairy, homemade foods and related products. Images are indicative; natural products may vary in colour, size and appearance.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, products or offers at any time. Products are subject to availability.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors or delivery serviceability). On acceptance, you will receive a confirmation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store your full payment credentials. Cash/Pay-on-Delivery, where offered, is at our discretion.

5. Zukro Seeds & Family Membership

• Zukro Seeds are loyalty points with no cash value and may be earned/redeemed per the rules shown on the Site. We may modify or discontinue the programme.
• Family Membership is a paid plan valid for the stated period (currently 1 year) and renews only on payment. Membership benefits are subject to change.
• Referral rewards are credited only when the referred friend completes a valid sign-up; we may reverse rewards obtained through misuse or fraud.

6. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, and delivery by our Shipping Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content, logos and trademarks on the Site are owned by or licensed to Zukro Ventures and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
