• Order & delivery details: delivery address(es), order history and contact details.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card/UPI/bank details on our servers.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google or mobile OTP, we receive basic profile/verification data via Google Firebase.
• Usage & device data: cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, cart and basic analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and Zukro Seeds / membership.
• To process, deliver and track your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To send order updates and, where permitted, offers and newsletters.
• To detect fraud, secure the Site and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
• Ekart / logistics partners — to deliver your order.
• Google Firebase — for authentication, database and hosting.
