Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Zukro Ventures ("Zukro Farm Fresh", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use farm.zukroventures.in (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number and date of birth you provide at sign-up or in your profile.
• Order & delivery details: delivery address(es), order history and contact details.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card/UPI/bank details on our servers.
• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google or mobile OTP, we receive basic profile/verification data via Google Firebase.
• Usage & device data: cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, cart and basic analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and Zukro Seeds / membership.
• To process, deliver and track your orders.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To send order updates and, where permitted, offers and newsletters.
• To detect fraud, secure the Site and comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
• Ekart / logistics partners — to deliver your order.
• Google Firebase — for authentication, database and hosting.
• Brevo — to send transactional communications such as order confirmations, account notifications, and other service-related emails.
• Twilio — to send order-related SMS messages, where enabled.
• Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel — for website analytics and measurement of marketing campaign performance, active only according to your cookie choices (see Section 4).
• Microsoft Clarity — for website session analytics, active only according to your cookie choices (see Section 4).
• Anthropic — to power AI-assisted business features (GST classification, finance advisory and invoice analysis) used by our internal staff. Only business-operational data is involved: registered business names (company names associated with a GSTIN), invoice data (totals, tax codes, state codes, HSN codes) and product names or descriptions. Individual customer names, mobile numbers, delivery addresses, email addresses and payment details are never sent to Anthropic. Data processed via the Anthropic API is not used to train Anthropic's models, consistent with their enterprise usage policy. These features are available only to authenticated Zukro staff and are not accessible to customers.
• Government authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

International data transfers: Several of the service providers listed above — including Google (Firebase / GA4), Razorpay, Brevo, Twilio, Meta and Anthropic — operate servers or process data in countries outside India, including in the United States and Europe. By using the Site you acknowledge that data may be transferred to and processed in those countries. We use only established providers whose terms include appropriate data-handling commitments.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and limited analytics cookies to improve the Site. We use Google Analytics with Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept, analytics runs in a cookieless mode that sends only anonymous, aggregated signals and stores nothing on your device — analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect login and checkout.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (including HTTPS and access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You may access or update your profile from your account page, or contact us to request correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Children

The Site is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
